At Pure Vision BD, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. We work hard to deliver premium eyewear products with quality, comfort, and protection. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy is here to guide you.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You receive the wrong size, color, or model.
- The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all packaging (box, lens cleaner, tissue, kit, etc.).
Note: Customized prescription lenses and items purchased on clearance/special sale are non-refundable.
2. Return Request Window
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- After 7 days, we cannot accept return or refund claims.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, through the same payment method you used at purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer, bKash, or Nagad.
4. Exchange Policy
If you prefer, you can exchange the product instead of requesting a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the replacement item has a price difference, you will either pay the extra amount or receive a partial refund.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items unless the product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- In case of our error, Pure Vision BD will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized prescription lenses.
- Products without original packaging or accessories.
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage by the customer.
